Can I import my existing data?
You can import Inventory and Clients via Clipboard. There are template files Import_clients.xls and Import_inventory.xls. Format you data in Excel according to that pattern, copy to Clipboard and Past from Clipboard in our system. For more details see documentation...
Is there a limit on the number of Inventory Items, Clients or Documents?
The limit numbers are astronomical! That’s why we can consider that there are no architectural limits... We are limited only by available hardware resources!

What Windows version do you support?
Any Windows version will do! Make sure to install service packs from MS for your Windows version.
What MS Office version is compatible with your system?
Any version you like!
I can not open Excel/Word templates!
Something is wrong with Office installation – do not mix different MS Office versions on the same PC! Try to uninstall Office, manually delete all left Office folders (and clean Registry) and make a fresh installation.
How can I use TorgX: Business over my network?
First of all you need network license. Then install Firebird RDBMS on the "server" (dedicated server is not required – a powerful workstation can "act as server"). Set path to database on each workstation in NET.INF file (for example: Database=servername:c:\torgx_data\torgx3.ib).
Does TorgX: Business work with bar-code scanners?
Yes! We support "keyboard-like input scanning" in Super version. The cursor is placed in the appropriate field that is to receive the data from the scan, and the trigger is pressed on the scanner. After that the data appears at the cursor as if it had been typed from the keyboard.
Several people in my office use the same computer. Do I need to purchase a license for each user?
No. You need a license for each computer the software will be run on.
How can I reinstall Windows to keep license ?
We do not place any data to the Registry ! So you should not worry ! For more detailes see Help...
